Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, or order with the permission of a parent or guardian. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent to it. Keep your phone and OTP to yourself — orders placed from your account are treated as yours.

You can delete your account at any time: go to Account > Delete my account in the app or on the website, or visit https://senthilchicken.com/delete-account. Orders already placed stay on our records without your personal details, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We sell fresh chicken, country chicken and related items in fixed pack sizes, cut and cleaned after you order. Pack weights are the weight of the cut meat as packed; items marked with ~ are approximate because they are whole or cooked pieces. Photos are for illustration and the actual product can look slightly different.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are set by the shop. The price, delivery fee and any discount are shown on your bill before you place the order, and the price on the bill is the price you pay, even if the menu price changes afterwards.

An order is a request to buy. It is confirmed when the shop accepts it, which you can see on the order page. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item runs out, the shop has to close, your address is outside our delivery area, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Orders can be placed only while the shop is open. A minimum order value applies and is shown at checkout.

You can pay online through our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards and net banking, as offered at checkout), in cash on delivery, or, where the delivery rider offers it, by UPI at your door. Online payments are processed by Cashfree; we never see or store your card or bank details.

If an order paid by cash on delivery is refused at the door or the rider cannot reach you, we may withdraw the cash-on-delivery option from your account. You can still pay online.

We deliver within our delivery area in Tiruppur. Delivery charges, areas and times are explained in our Delivery Policy. Someone must be available to receive the order, because fresh meat cannot be left unattended.

Our products are raw, perishable meat. Please refrigerate them as soon as you receive them, use them within a day or freeze them, and always cook chicken thoroughly before eating. Check your order when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Promo codes and referral rewards have the value, expiry date and conditions shown when you receive them. Each can be used once, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or transferred. We may change or end an offer at any time, and may cancel rewards gained through misuse, such as fake accounts or self-referral.

Do not misuse the site: no false orders, other people's phone numbers, attempts to break security, automated scraping or anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do so. The Senthil Chicken name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

We take care to deliver what you ordered, fresh and on time. If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, strikes, road closures or network outages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint; any dispute that cannot be resolved is subject to the courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
