Delivery Policy

We deliver only in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, within a set distance of our shop. We do not ship to other cities. When you add or choose an address on the website or in the app, checkout tells you if it is outside our delivery area and will not let the order go through.

We deliver the same day, while the shop is open; our opening hours are on the Contact Us page. Your order is cut and packed after you place it and sent out as soon as it is ready — usually within 60 to 90 minutes, depending on distance, traffic and how busy the shop is. We do not offer scheduled delivery slots at the moment. You can follow each step on your order page, which shows an estimated arrival time once the order is on its way.

A delivery fee may apply. The fee, any free-delivery threshold and the minimum order value are shown in your cart and on your bill before you place the order — you will never be charged a delivery fee that was not on your bill.

Please keep your phone on and make sure someone is available at the address. Fresh meat cannot be left at the door. If our rider cannot reach you or the address, the order may be cancelled, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. Please give landmarks and pin your location on the map to help the rider find you.

Orders are packed hygienically at the shop, wrapped in plantain leaf in the traditional way. Please refrigerate the meat as soon as it arrives.

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, traffic, festivals or other events outside our control can cause delays; if your order is running very late we will try to let you know. If you have a problem with a delivery, contact us.
